  My car was totalled when a semi-truck pulled into my lane in July of 2021. My husband's pickup was totalled last week when a deer ran onto the highway. This was the first time that either of us totalled a vehicle. Farm Bureau made the process unbelievably easy for both of us. Our vehicles were appraised within days. Both appraisals were fair based on my in depth research. I had a check within 10 days of the wreck, and my husband's check arrived in a week. Last month, I dropped my phone and it broke. I called the phone insurance company and was directed to a website. It took days of frustration to complete the process due to some unknown "glitch." The company overnighted the new phone, however, instead of arriving the next day, as expected, the phone showed up the following Monday. Replacing two vehicles after two nasty wrecks was far easier than replacing one phone that dropped on the pavement. That is exactly why we have our homeowners insurance and life insurance, in addition to our automobile insurance, through Farm Bureau in Mexia, Texas. Our agent and his office staff always go out of their way to be helpful. Now we know that the excellent service extends to claims as well. I can honestly say that dealing with Farm Bureau is a pleasure. How many people can say that about their insurance companies?
