  I stay with Texas Farm Bureau Insurance thanks to Rob and the excellent rates and customer service he gave me. After a really ugly divorce Rob helped me get the rates that fit my old car and my budget. He helped all my friends and gave them solutions for their situation as well. He is the best agent I ever had the pleasure to work with, he always answers the phone and always motivated to help. I hope they will promote him because he is doing a fantastic job keeping his customers happy. Ill stay with TFBI as long as Rob is there. Thahk you for an excellent service.

  I contacted Texas Farm Bureau Insurance last week to get a better auto insurance quote. After my initial call, I never received the follow-up I was promised, so I had to call them again myself. Even then, I still didn't get a quote. That experience makes me wonder what their customer service would be like if I ever had to file an accident claim. While their rates may be competitive, good customer service is just as important. Based on my experience so far, I wasn't impressed. If you're considering them, keep in mind that low prices don't always come with quality service

  Rob and the team were great to work with in obtaining a policy that works for my needs for both my automobiles and my home. The folks at the office were very pleasant to work with. Everyone has been kind and understanding. If you are looking for a policy with a reputable insurance carrier and a group who make you feel valued, this is great place to find it!

  Asked them to cancel my auto insurance at 11:59 pm. They promised they will do, and once I hang my phone, that canceled it immediately. Crazy and unprofessional people
