  I was shopping insurance online and getting a quote about 3 am this morning. Later, got up around noon to talk about it with my wife. I called CS to ask a clarifying question and got off. I was going over the quote and received a call from Direct Insurance. A Gentleman was talking very fast and transferred my call. I didn't understand anything he said for one but also the fact that he called me and put me on hold I hung up and had no time for that.🤦🏾‍♀️ I received another call from Direct Insurance within 5 minutes from Cary Murillo. Cary and I spoke for over 1 hour from the time he called me and gathering info to get me a better quote. To me calling him back and deciding to move forward and bounding the policy. The experience with Cary is what honestly kept me engaged this long. This was a time consuming call but well worth it due to the need. Cary also made the call that much more enjoyable. Cary was professional in his communication but also was not robotic. He demonstrated that he was human and we laughed and discussed locations briefly since he was local and I knew the area. Cary was very mannerable and had very nice mannerisms about himself. I loved the fact that Cary didn't just take my money, tell me what to do and then hang up. Cary talked me thru the entire process. Advised me of texts and emails that I would receive and for what. Cary had me download the app and waited until I was actually logged in. Before ending the call Cary verified if I had any further questions. Cary also made sure I had his contact info if needed. Everything I mentioned above is the difference between Good & Great Customer Service. Good Customer Service is often hard to find but Great Customer Service is even harder. Cary offered Great Customer SVC. from the beginning of our communication to the end of our conversation. The Customer Service that was given was seen, heard, valued and most definitely Appreciated. We need more Cary's out there. Cary calling when he did and how he did sealed the deal for My Wife & MySelf. Being KIND is a very selfless act that is free but not often found unfortunately. I want to give Cary Murillo his flowers.💐The review for me is only the icing on the cake. My Customer Experience means everything to me as it could gain or lose business. I pride myself on sharing not just when it's bad but just as much as when it's good. Cary demonstrated that being Kind is not a lot to ask and he does gracefully and proves that it still exist. Lastly, I could tell that Cary values what he does in how he does it. That's the cheat code. lol When you love what you do you tend to be all in and it shows. Thank You Cary !!🥰🙏🏾 If you need Insurance and Njoy the quality behind your service Cary Murillo is your man. Hopefully your experience will be as fulfilling as mine. 🎉🎊
