    I tried to get car Insurance from this place, and was denied Insurance because they said I've been incarcerated. What does me being incarcerated have to do with CAR Insurance? I know people that has done prison time have Insurance with this place. Am I being discriminated on for being a ex-felon?

    Untrained front desk personal ,they don't really care about customers they just care about your payment , if you deal with them you have to do the agents job
