  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jenifer made the entire insurance process so easy from start to finish! She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer any questions I had. Best of all, she was able to save us a significant amount on our homeowners insurance without sacrificing the coverage we needed. It’s hard to find someone who is both reliable and truly cares about helping their clients, and Jenifer definitely does. I highly recommend Jenifer and Brightway to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy insurance agent!

  Jenifer Books is a great insurance agent to have in your back pocket! She has shopped policies for us and found us better coverage and lower deductibles at a better annual premium. She is quick to respond and has access to many different carriers, which benefits homeowners tremendously. I have also sent her many of my family, friends, clients, etc. and she always shows up 10/10. She can help with homeowners, auto, flood, commercial, just about everything. She is quick, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. I will always recommend her. Best in the business!
