  A individual who carries this insurance crashed into my fence and these people have not fixed it, I’ve been going back and forth with them for 2 months now. I’ve sent videos and pictures of the accident and still nothing.

  Beware of policy that does not allow agents to remind customers to pay. Told to me by agent Black. Will remind you to pay 2 hours before cancellation from a South Carolina cell phone number and act like she’s doing you a solid. Scammy and scummy in my opinion.

  This company ia very misleading. Roadside assistance counts as full on claims to your policy and using it will cause them to give u a non-renewal notice. Which defeats the purpose of having it in the first place. My adjuster was always willing to talk to me but I wasn't warned about several things upfront. If you use thia company, ask questions... or they will go around loop holes and "assume" you know things and then serve u with a non renewal notice.

  Don’t rent with them They have attitude they don’t want to try to resolve the issue that their tenants are loud blaring the base all ours revving up their engines and now shootings this new company that took over for Pecan Grove Apartments suck very bad after they took over the tenants, there are bad they are not good people they went to bad people. they never answer the phone. They never return the phone call, but they sure want your rent money.
