Should've wrote this awhile ago, but we can’t say enough good things about Cory Wisdom at Texas Farm Bureau. He takes the time to explain coverage options in a way that’s easy to understand and never makes you feel rushed. Cory is professional, honest, and truly cares about finding the right fit for your needs. Anytime we’ve had a question, he’s quick to respond and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your insurance, I highly recommend giving Cory a call.

I would avoid the location on quaker especially Amy Benedict. If you call she is never in the office and when you ask for a call, it never happens.

Wow! I’ve been with this Farm Bureau on Quaker since 2018. I insured my house and three cars. I specifically went in and also called to tell them a month earlier (Aug 2023) that I’m retiring and to change when they take it out of my bank. Well, they didn’t and I had an insufficient funds in my bank statement and I couldn’t believe they had dropped me. They said they sent a letter but couldn’t they’ve made a courtesy call to tell me! I called them on it and they were rude. My husband and I both went in to get it resolved and they all passed the buck to other people in the office. So my advice to keep this from happening to anyone else like me and I see it has happened to another customer on here, I’d find a new agent!! They don’t know what they’re doing!! They deserve no stars!!
