  My experience with Yessenia was nothing short of amazing 🤩. I called to 2 other Freeway Insurances and I did not like the customer service rendered. I would call and call the other agents and never get a response back. When I reached Yessenia she had a very warm disposition which made the insurance shopping process bearable. She was patient and intentional with me the whole process. If you’re searching for your insurance needs I highly recommend her.

  Monica was very personable, and went above and beyond to help me with my insurance. Had a rep right before her that "placed" me on hold and sent me straight to the survey. When I called back Monica was who helped me. She did not hesitate to help me instead of what most people would have done is transferred me to the original rep I spoke with to not have to deal with a customer. She was a pleasure to speak with we kept the conversation going while she was searching quotes instead of placing me on hold or having the awkward silence while they work. Will recommend anyone to have her assist you. Great customer service!
