  I was in the market for some good car insurance. But let's be realistic, most of the time the company is just want to rip you off charging you an arm and a leg. On top of that if we're lucky we'll never even have to use the car insurance. If we're unlucky and we do have to use the car insurance it's just going to cost us even more. Either way I needed some insurance. My sister suggested freeway insurance. I gave him a call to see what they could do for me and I ended up getting matched with my insurance agent Monica. She was very polite and a good conversation. I didn't feel like the normal transaction, buy insurance buy insurance! About 2 years ago I got hit with a speeding ticket. I expected my insurance to be right around $300 or more. When I was younger and I had a speeding ticket that's around the price that I had paid before. $325 a month. Now that's high! As we get down to the nitty gritty Monica hit me with the number that was under $200 a month. I was feeling pretty good about that. But that wasn't good enough for her. Next thing you know she's digging through all these companies that are wanting my business. She ends up finding something for under $100. But that didn't even stop her there. In the end she ended up finding me a deal for even less than the less than $100 a month. She got me the best prime deal I've ever gotten from an insurance agent. Satisfied with her work she went ahead and put me through the process. When I was a kid I remember my dad bragging about how cheap his auto insurance was. He was a little older than what I am today, but it feels good to know how my old man felt. Call it a rite of passage, I just call it a real good insurance agent. If you're looking for affordable car insurance through a company that cares about you and your needs, then I suggest you call freeway insurance. And if you're lucky you'll end up with the same insurance agent that I got. Thank you Monica! I appreciate what you did for me! In a world where expenses are rising like rent, groceries, gas, and interest rates, you brought a price down to a point where I can at least relax about monthly insurance payments. I appreciate you.

  Monica was super helpful , I recently moved from another state over to Texas and needed insurance in the state of Texas since my previous company didn’t cover here and she got me and my spouse a rate lower than what we were previously paying . She went above and beyond to get me the best rate especially with my driving history , she also helped me dispute an inaccuracy on my driving record by pointing me in the right direction . Freeway is the best way to go especially if you get Monica . I wish I could give more stars

  I have to say that I’m extremely pleased with my experience with Freeway Insurance. I can tell they really looked out for me and got me the best deal possible. I even got a follow up call and learned I could take other steps to possibly save even more money. Now that, is customer service! Thank you Monica.

  Just wanted to give a big shout out to Yesenia Roque at freeway Longview. I was hesitant fir her to help since Kelly ranger in waco is my girl. But yesenia went out and beyond to find me reasonable insurance. Gave me my discounts I didn't know i could get. She was so down to earth so easy to talk to.
