- GSGuy SMay 20, 20261.0They cancelled our auto insurance, then called the next day to let us know that they had cancelled the policy and that we had unknowingly been driving uninsured. We are moving and selling our house, they asked that we pay an additional fee for a vacancy clause ($55), then they canceled the homeowner’s policy because the house is vacant. So I received a bill for the vacancy clause due the day before the insurance terminates. The good news is I am finding much better rates at other insurance providers.
