  I was asked a lot of personal question at the front desk in front a lot of people like my ss# and criminal background which I thought was odd. The young lady that never introduced herself and seemed to me to be the front desk clerk pretty much told me that her brother had a MIC and was unable to get insurance though this company so that it was going to be unlikely we would be approved for insurance since my husband had a DUI / DWI . This was very embarrassing and I was not at all expecting the front desk clerk to deny me insurance. I hope this gets resolved soon. I hope everyone is not treated this way.
