  This place has been nothing but great with me. Went out of their way to accommodate. My 40 years with State Farm were wasted. I'm now paying half of what I did with State Farm, and my deductible is smaller. Those bad reviews make no sense. I'm sure there's more to the story.

  Poor customer service with no desire to help anyone and top it off change my premium with calling and notifying me that it was going to go up 100 dollars just because I changed my mailing address.

  This office has the worst customer service. The agent that I dealt with was rude and told me she had better things to do than deal with my insurance issues and if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. Rudest person I have ever dealt with. If you want Farm Bureau insurance I suggest anywhere but La Vernia.
