  Melissa was great! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in making decisions for my insurance needs. I highly recommend working with her because she’s not a pushy salesperson who only cares about a quick sale, she actually cares about your needs.

  I was assisted by Adriana, and she was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process from start to finish. It took me about 45 days to finally get everything completed, mostly because of my work schedule and other things that kept coming up. Throughout that entire time, Adriana went above and beyond to work with me. She offered to stay late, tried to accommodate me on weekends, and was incredibly flexible whenever something came up that prevented us from connecting. At no point did she ever make me feel like I was a hindrance or a burden. Her communication was excellent, and whenever she told me she would get back to me, she did. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic customer service experience, and I am extremely satisfied. Hopefully I never have a situation where I actually need to use my State Farm coverage, but if I do, I hope the experience is just as pleasant as the one I had with Adriana. She definitely set the bar high for what I will expect from State Farm's customer service going forward.

  If your ever unsure about which insurance to go through look no further. State farm is a great place to be. They have great discounts on everything. The staff is amazing. I usually talk with ms Tory because shes an amazing person. Great customer service and amazing skills which she uses to go above and beyond to help you get the absolute best quote possible. You keep being awesome ms Tory and ill keep coming back everytime.

  I’ve been with Kalynn and her Team since 2022 when I lived in Killeen- they are always nice, easy to reach and eager to help. I purchased a car recently on a day that they actually were closed (the Friday before Labor Day) and the Team went above and beyond responding to my emails and texts to secure the policy for my family. Brandi was so sweet and Naomi was great as well with the initial quote. Kalynn reached out herself to communicate on a day their office was closed. Even though I no longer live in the area, I stick with this Team because of the communication and the relationship I’ve built with them.
