  The last claim I have with them take 4 months to get finally called by the adjuster. The claim for the thunderstorm still waiting for the adjuster to call, can't go to work and they don't call or try to fix. Don't recommend this insurance, they take months to answer.

  Don’t ever use this company! Lied about what really happened and wouldn’t even review the video footage to get the facts instead of taking a word of there lieing insured! Matt is the worst adjuster and should lose his license for not doing his job he is required by the state to do!
