  I had such a great experience working with Katelyn at State Farm! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoughtfully and made sure I understood my coverage and felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. What really stood out to me was that she even stayed late to make sure I was completely set up with my new insurance policy. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. Her level of customer service and attention to detail was truly appreciated. Thank you, Katelyn, for making the whole process so easy and for going above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent who genuinely takes care of her customers!

  Shannon was very friendly and patient allowing me to provide all the details I needed for my policy and helped answer a bunch of my questions. And I got a great quote for my Tesla Model Y. It's great to talk to a real person on the phone instead of a computer.

  I recently switched my insurance services to State Farm and had a great experience working with Jessica. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and took the time to explain all of our options, coverage, and benefits clearly.   I priced several companies after the one I chose last year did not decrease the quote but increased it several hundred dollars. I was looking for the same coverage matching apples to apples…. State Farm came in as the best price, for equal coverage specks as two other companies. There quote came in at $100 to $300 in difference. I stayed with one insurance company for more years tha I can remember. When I was rear ended and needed my uninsured and under insured premium I paid for…. They shorted me close to $35,000 dollars less than what I was paying for…. Therefore I dropped the policy in search of another. Am totally happy with this new policy.
