- THTerry HarmonApr 22, 20261.0I had the worst experience ever since I've been insured by progressive for Auto I live in Menomonee falls Wisconsin but I've been visiting Texas back and forth considering moving down there but before I moved down there I think I had so I talked to someone using a friend's address down there where I will be living to see what it would cost to get auto insurance in Texas this agent was severely mean yelled at me accuse me a fraud and further said she would make sure that my insurance coverage ends she was extremely mean sorry customer service had a really bad attitude I don't know what side of bed she got up on but as a result of that progressive cut my insurance as of today so thanks to this rude and evil agent I have no coverage in Menomonee falls Wisconsin where to this day you have my address and that's why I received a letter
