  I HIGHLY recommend Valdo Duran's service to ALL. My encounter with this agent was nothing short of Godly, seriously. Not only did I discover, out of all the agents I could have been put in touch with, that Valdo happens to live down the street from us, but he also saved us so much money, I feel I owe him! We were just about to start paying $120/month for liability only on our new vehicle, but Valdo beat that price with a $47/month offer--with more than just liability coverage! He also went to work on my husband's car...offering us not only a cheaper premium than Josh was currently paying, but also increased the coverage from liability only (with 1 driver) to FULL coverage with both of us as drivers. In total, Valdo saved us $1,000 PLUS on our annual auto insurance premiums with WAY more coverage in place. And even bigger than that....Valdo saved us a whopping $4,000 annually on our homeowner's insurance! I literally sat jaw-dropped when he first gave me the quote....We went from paying $8,000 a year to only $4,000! I kept waiting on the "but this," or "except that"...thinking this was just too good to be true....but that exception never came. Valdo also helped us cancel all the old policies and started all the new policies all during the same conversation! To top it all off, we were having extreme issues getting the title of the new car transferred--and Valdo saved the day on this as well! He took the time to print and explain all the steps I needed to take to have the title properly transferred over to my name, and informed me State Farm could assist with this as well! I could not have asked for or received better customer service! OUTSTANDING WORK!! Valdo mentioned a quote from Albert Enstein that couldn't have fit this entire situation more perfectly: "Coincidences are God's way of staying anonymous."   I just wanted to send a huge shout out to Patty Moreno! She did a complete review of our auto insurance policies and helped identify several areas where we could save off our monthly premium. It definitely took a lot of diligence and some out-of-the box thinking, but it was so worth it to be able to reduce our monthly costs. We've been State Farm customers for more than 20 years, and are so fortunate to have such great people like Patty working in our best interest.

  I am writing to share some positive feedback regarding my recent experience with Karen. She helped me find a great auto insurance quote and was incredibly patient with all of my questions, taking the time to explain everything in detail. Although I typically prefer getting auto quotes online, having to speak with an agent this time was a wonderful experience because of her excellent service.
