  So I know the people that operate The agency here but I’m telling you no one in the office seems to want to work for the customer so my suggestion is don’t use State Farm and Pleasanton use Flor as well because that’s who’s taking over my policy in the next couple days. They wanna work with you they’re faster service and they don’t tell you they can’t take payment because your agent is not in the office. Do not use Jorden Farm Bureau because my concern is when your insurance last because they don’t wanna take your payment or better yet when you’re on automated payment services they ACH debit your bank account 15 to 30 times in one day and each time your bank charges you an NSF fee and that adds up 2000s because in one day they did that to me it equals $1500 negative in my account because they kept doing it over and over and Over so do not use Jorden and State Farm euro if you want to do pay by the booklore bill because they are so much nicer. They answer the phone instantly and they will take your payment instantly.

  I got in my first wreck, rear ended from the back. first the claim was written incorrectly, then it took a week and 5 days for someone to come see my vehicle. then I was told I needed to pay out of pocket! ridiculous as I am paying full coverage for my insurance to cover me and they can't even do that. The person who hit me has the SAME INSURANCE AS ME! I would think the process would have been easier and my first wreck experience would of been handled with no worries. this has definitely been such an upsetting experience.
