  BEWARE of this place , I was overcharged on my homeowners for 5 yrs , When it came to my attention , I called them , asked them how he got the sq footage , My house was originally built in 1970 and totally rebuilt in 2012, When I asked how they got the sq footage , No response, some parts of the structure were NEVER rebuilt and he still charged me from the original construction date 1970, The ladies in the office just hang up on you if they don't like the questions you ask and constantly defer , a stall tactic , I am looking to sue for fraud and will definitely report this to their corporate office and the agencies that oversee insurance companies,The name of the agent is Garrett Wiatrek. I feel this man is a crook and doesn't truly care about his loyal customer base. I am considering taking them to court over the matter . And most definitely reporting them to NAIC. On top of all that ,I got rate increases every 6 months Outrageous ! I'm very Angry ! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ! And He's never there, to answer your calls.

  I got in my first wreck, rear ended from the back. first the claim was written incorrectly, then it took a week and 5 days for someone to come see my vehicle. then I was told I needed to pay out of pocket! ridiculous as I am paying full coverage for my insurance to cover me and they can't even do that. The person who hit me has the SAME INSURANCE AS ME! I would think the process would have been easier and my first wreck experience would of been handled with no worries. this has definitely been such an upsetting experience.
