  I was a previous customer of Jay Jackson State farm but I had since changed insurance. Andrew reached out to me because they had recently lowered rates, and he helped me get a policy that covered more and was significantly cheaper than the one I currently had. He was friendly and professional. Overall, I'm very pleased with the experience.

  I am extremely pleased with Jay Jackson State Farm in Jacksonville, TX. I have my home & car insured. There have been times that I have had some questions about different things & have talked to the qualified people in his office. Never have I had a problem with his office or advice. Very trust worthy people.

  I’ve had a great experience with this insurance company. Brenda and Gavin are both wonderful to work with. So friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They make the process easy and provide excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend!

  Huge thanks to Andrew S. He was super helpful and made the whole insurance process easy. Answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and was great to work with. Really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for insurance.

  Contacted Andrew to quote a new renter’s quote. The entire process was handled flawlessly, with zero hassle whatsoever, at a fair price and with an agent I have learned to trust from experience by the way this agency treats me as a customer. Dealing with another insurance company and their online-only staff for a claim drove me to move all my policies to a trusted brand which my parents and grandparents trusted and taught me to do the same because you the only thing you need to do to make the right choice is insurance or with people is watch their actions. Another policy to follow shortly as soon as I can get away from the other brand. Thank you, Andrew! You and State Farm are much appreciated.
