  I’ve had a great experience with this insurance company. Brenda and Gavin are both wonderful to work with. So friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They make the process easy and provide excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend!

  Huge thanks to Andrew S. He was super helpful and made the whole insurance process easy. Answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and was great to work with. Really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for insurance.

  Contacted Andrew to quote a new renter’s quote. The entire process was handled flawlessly, with zero hassle whatsoever, at a fair price and with an agent I have learned to trust from experience by the way this agency treats me as a customer. Dealing with another insurance company and their online-only staff for a claim drove me to move all my policies to a trusted brand which my parents and grandparents trusted and taught me to do the same because you the only thing you need to do to make the right choice is insurance or with people is watch their actions. Another policy to follow shortly as soon as I can get away from the other brand. Thank you, Andrew! You and State Farm are much appreciated.

  I like insurance as much as roofing in August. After pretty bad experiences with other insurance company’s customer service, I decided I needed a local agent that I could meet with in person to go over my insurance needs. I called Jay Jackson’s State Farm office in Jacksonville and had an in person meeting scheduled with Andrew the following day. When I met with Andrew he was very customer oriented and attentive to my needs. I originally went in to switch one policy over to State Farm to try there services. I ended up switching over all of my insurance needs with State Farm. Andrew is prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He asked the right questions and listened to my needs. So far it has been the best experience I’ve had with obtaining insurance. Great job!
