He takes pride in his job and in helping his customers. I'd highly suggest him. The blonde that works in the same office might as well be a paper weight for all the help she is...good for nothing but excuses. Marcus does not have that problem; if there is a solution he will find it in a timely matter. He is very respectful and helpful.
