  I have been working with Christina O'Dell over the past several weeks to transition my homeowner's and umbrella insurance to Allstate. During this process, Christina has been exceptional in helping tailor coverage to my specific needs. Allstate's increased coverage limits for higher-value homes and reduced deductible options below 1% have made it a competitive alternative to other hight value insurers such as Chubb, Berkley One, and PURE. Christina has been consistently responsive, thorough, and professional, while also being a pleasure to work with. At my request, she quickly provided multiple coverage and deductible options, which made the decision-making process much easier.
