  I have never had a better experience while inquiring about insurance. I’m unsure as to why this place has so many one stars but I know that the insurance guy I spoke with in person moved mountains for me. I had a complicated situation that he handled so professionally and so gracefully that I had to write a review. And I never write reviews for anything. His name is Andre and he we beyond what he probably should have for me to leave an extremely happy and please customer. So when you go, make sure you ask for him because I would give him 100 stars but this thing only lets me give 5. Thank you Andre for being such a genuine person and for all your help. You’re incredible at what you do!!

  Pray you never get hit by one of their clients. I've had better luck getting in contact with the VA than this company.

  I like the Texas Farm Bureau Insurance as a whole, actually feel Texas Farm Bureau is the best insurance provider.. however I have horrible luck dealing with Sean Hartgrove, which is the reason for the two star rating; no response to any emails, no return phone calls Etc, nothing but empty promises. My advice is yes to the Texas Farm Bureau insurance provider and absolutely do not accept Sean Hartgrove as your agent.
