  Had an awesome experience with Cari today! She has actually helped me multiple times now, and she is always consistently incredible and always makes sure I'm getting all the discounts I'm eligible for. Even though it was right before the office closed, she didn't rush me at all and took care of updating my car insurance policy right away. She also caught that my address needed updating and checked if I needed home insurance as well. Super helpful and friendly. Make sure to ask for Cari!

  Cari at the Steve Sipes State Farm office provided excellent customer service! I called needing to make a policy change, and she handled everything within minutes. She was friendly, efficient, and emailed me exactly what I needed right away. It’s always refreshing to work with someone so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this office and especially Cari for making the process so easy!

  Sylvia answered her phone. Took a few minutes to understand and research my problem, then promptly solved all my issues.
