This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've witnessed, especially considering it was my daughter and son-in-law's first home purchase.
From the moment we arrived, no one greeted or acknowledged us. Our realtor had to introduce us to the closing agent, which should have been the title company's responsibility. To this day, we don't even know the closer's name because no proper introduction was ever made.
The closing agent rushed through the signing process, providing little to no explanation of the documents and never asking if the buyers had questions. These were first-time homebuyers signing some of the most important documents of their lives, yet the entire process took about 15 minutes. It felt more like we were being rushed through an assembly line than guided through a major financial transaction.
After the documents were signed, my son-in-law stood up to shake the closing agent's hand. Instead of congratulating them on becoming homeowners, she said, "Wait a minute, it's not over," and walked out of the room. We were left sitting there with no explanation of what was happening next.
What happened afterward was even more frustrating. We waited nearly an hour while the closing agent assisted another client. I personally saw her helping someone else while we continued to sit and wait with no communication, no updates, and no indication of how long the delay would be.
To make matters worse, the title company failed to provide all of the signed closing documents. We had to call and follow up ourselves to obtain paperwork that should have been provided automatically. For a company handling important legal and financial documents, this oversight is unacceptable.
Purchasing a first home is one of life's biggest milestones. We arrived prepared with a certified cashier's check and expected a professional, welcoming experience. Instead, we were met with poor communication, a rushed closing, a long unexplained wait, and a lack of basic customer service. Not once did anyone congratulate these first-time homebuyers or make them feel valued.
I would not recommend this title company based on our experience!!!

I had a very negative experience working with Lisa Diaz and Holly Ammons during a transaction with Long Lake Builders.
Throughout the process, they treated me and my team with noticeable bias and unprofessionalism. Their behavior and comments came across as discriminatory, which was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. As a Hispanic Real Estate Agent working with Hispanic clients, the way we were treated felt unfair and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in a real estate transaction.
To make matters worse, they provided my buyer with incorrect information, leaving him confused and questioning whether something was wrong. They also insisted on being paid by the lender before the buyer had even closed, which is both unprofessional and outside of standard practice.
Overall, this was a very dissatisfying experience. I cannot recommend working with them, as their conduct caused unnecessary stress and frustration for everyone involved.
