  I had a great experience working with Marlyn to get my auto insurance. She was very helpful, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. She took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I got coverage that worked for me. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Marlyn to anyone looking for auto insurance!

  Marlyn was such a great help. She helped me find the best coverage for my family and I and made sure I was informed throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend if you want to have good coverage but also to save money. :)

She took the time to walk me through all my policy options in detail, including the savings available through bundling. Marlyn was personable, considerate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She even educated me on coverage items I wasn’t aware of and helped me think ahead about what I may need in the future. I truly appreciated her patience and professionalism — highly recommend working with her.

  Joy Knox and her entire staff are undoubtedly the kindest, most professional and genuine people you will ever meet and work with. They are constantly trying to help finds ways to get us the best rates for car and home insurance. My husband and I are not big fans of insurance however, with Joy and State Farm, we are beyond satisfied. If you’re looking for a new insurance company and agent I highly recommend Joy Knox as she runs her office like the good old days where you are treated like a real person with very hands on service.
