  I had such a great experience working with Ruth! I was recently recommended to her, and I'm so glad I reached out. She was so friendly and patient, and answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Our conversation was actually fun, which isn't something I ever expected to say about shopping for insurance! She made switching my insurance so easy and ended up saving me a lot of money. She also clearly explained all my options, made sure I understood my coverage, and gave me all the information I needed to feel confident about making the switch. I definitely recommend working with Ruth!

  After struggling to get a response from my insurer, I knew I wanted to go back to an agent. Several had referred Joy Knox and her team, and their office is near my home. I worked with Marlyn to write both my auto and homeowners, and I couldn't be more pleased with her attentive service and quick turnaround on issuing the policies. We went over everything on the phone, and she immediately sent binders via email. A few days later, she checked in and let me know everything had been issued as we discussed. I am so happy to have a friendly, local agent to help with my policies!

  Decades long State Farm customer—I’ve been with the Joy Knox agency for 2 years now. I’d like to give a shout out to STACY ❤️ . In all of my years being insured, I’ve never had an agent call me to go over my policy looking for possible ways to lower my premiums without sacrificing coverage…or to just check in to see if they could help me with anything. Nobody does that! It’s that personal touch that matters to me. STACY asked if I noticed the recent decrease in my monthly premium. You bet I did and I wondered why.🎉💥🙌 It’s because I maintain a flawless driving record and I was rewarded with lower premiums, about ~21%. That’s the best news!   Joy Knox State Farm is first class all the way. Annie and Tammy over there have thoroughly taken care of our family over the years and hold all of our policies. Here recently, they saved me more than 4k a year in homeowners insurance when I switched from Texas Farm Bureau. Thank you guys, for the professionalism and follow through on everything you handle.

  Everyone I’ve spoken to at Joy Knox State Farm has been wonderful!! They truly care about their customers and are a pleasure to work with. Everything I needed was completed quickly and correctly, making for a great experience transferring from another state! Ruth especially was helpful over the phone and made sure I understood my plan and coverage! I highly recommend Joy Knox State Farm for anyone looking for an insurance agency that supports and cares for their customers like family!!
