The poor service I received was truly unacceptable. After paying for my commercial policy for a full year, they didn't even reach out regarding its renewal. I called no fewer than 20 times without receiving a response. When I finally decided to cancel the policy, my call was transferred, yet no one could provide me with any information regarding the cancellation itself or the renewal costs. I also ended up canceling an auto policy I held with this agency.
