  Shervin did a great job assisting me to select a policy that met the requirements for my medical care. He verified my oncologist and medical doctor both accept the new insurance. He found a remarkable sliding scale monthly price. He explained how the deductible and out of pocket expenses are applied. He is very patient and kind. I really appreciate the job that he did for me.   I'd give Warren and his team 10 Stars if I could! Warren was always available for my many questions about Medicare Insurance in Texas. He took extra time to review all my options and never pushed me into anything I wasn't sure about. I'm so thankful we had Warren and his team to get us signed up for Medicare after moving to Texas. We highly recommend him!

  My company was also starting the yearly renew process and has worked with Individual Insurance Solutions, LLC for as long as I have worked for my company. I asked to speak with Mr. Shervin Kalinia a couple of months before my July 65th B-day. Shervin reminded my company's principal officers that I was Medicare eligible and called me to inform me I would be better off if I did go that route. He was right. He walked me through the process and laid out all the options with the pros and cons of each. He explained the difference between Advantage and Supplemental (Medigap) plans. I highly recommend Individual Insurance Solutions LLC. as well as Shervin who guided me through the transition to Medicare and Miss Kelly who is my company's account representative. Both have always responded quickly to any questions that I have had over the years.

  Warren has helped me and my husband navigate Medicare and saved us money in so many ways, he is always available and helpful, his staff follows up and ensured we got the assistance we needed in a timely manner.
