  I went in to my home location where I started my policy because I had been overcharged on my policy for a couple of months so I found out that my previous insurance policy was never submitted and that caused the increase in my monthly charges so we called the company and found that I was overcharged and was due a credit but while talking to the company rep she was very rude to me and the agent on site basically blaming us for the oversize instead of fixing the issue blowing hard in the phone as if we were taking up to much of her time to explain until she finally decided that my call was to much for her to deal with and said you can call back and talk to a manager instead. I really don't appreciate the unperfessioness in the way she dealt with my call and don't fell like a valued customer and really want to cancel this policy and be done with it but I can't because me refund is being divided amongst future payment and they still failed to switch my policy back to it's original policy amount. BAD BUSINESS.

  Ms. Forest made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in. She provided excellent customer service, was patient with all of my questions, and took the time to work with me to make sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help. As a young person looking for good insurance and someone who will take the time to help you through the process, I highly recommend stopping by and speaking with Ms. Forest. She made the entire experience easy and comfortable!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Felicia Forest at Freeway Insurance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was in a difficult situation and truly needed someone who was willing to help, and Felicia went above and beyond. She was incredibly patient, professional, kind, and genuinely took the time to search for the lowest possible rate for me. What made the experience even more meaningful was that I had just dealt with a previous representative who actually hung up on me. I was frustrated and in need of help, but Felicia completely changed the experience. Felicia is exactly the kind of representative a company should be proud to have.
