  I'm very thankful to have found Brightway Insurance! Mr Gonzalez is SO relatable! I felt like I was talking with a friend while reviewing options. He took the time to explain the differences between my old policy and my new one and answered every question I had even if they felt silly to ask on my part. I feel really good about this change. I'm excited Mr Gonzalez will help me shop around next year if I need to switch once more. I appreciate his patience, I had him waiting for a meeting for weeks! Haha I didn't feel pressured and he was very understanding once we finally connected to discuss options. All in all, I'm a very happy customer!
