  First acceptance is trash!!! One of their drivers did a hit and run.. with proof of video, a witness and a statement of the witness they still declined coverage! Not only are their staff horrible about responding back , it took 4 months to “investigate “ I called multiple times and no answer and emailed with no response . I finally got a letter declining and their answer was they couldn’t get a hold of the insured person for a statement so they declined it. And the video that was at the location is only stored for a few months and not once did they investigate it!!!! Claims representative Ashley Heisler never called back after MANY calls and the worst insurance company I’ve ever worked with , with an accident . Run!!!!!!!

  Been working with Ms. Stephanie R. for over a year now. Always pleasant to talk to, and consistently finds me the best deal. I didn't get started with the best insurance history due to some claims and a stolen vehicle, but my insurance is finally back in a reasonable range. She has kept me up to date on keeping my eyes open for better options as we go through the process as a whole. Was nervous giving this place a shot at first, I only have ever used big main insurance companies, but I've been pleasantly surprised.
