- EMErica Mejia1 day ago1.0Since you all have converted over to Freeway Insurance the customer service I have received has not been a good experience. I’ve had to call many times because it seems nobody knows what they’re doing, when I get transferred to a different dept the phone hangs up and also for just trying to make a payment for today I received bad service from one of your associates some guy named Manny.. if he doesn’t like his job then he needs to find something else but there is no reason to be rude when I came correct about what I needed! Teach your associates more customer service skills and also how to give proper resolutions and great resources.
