  Staff were always courteous. Agents were not proficient at their job. If you didn't have an idea of specific needs and front run them the rates, quotes, etc were generic and left gaps in coverage. I had a non fault wreck that Farm Bureau didn't pursue the other company and left me on the hook for about $1500 in damage. Took my policy, my brothers and his son n law and we all left for Farmers and Foremost in Canton. Saved about $16,500.00 between us all...

  Office staff is impolite. We reached out to Steve to get quotes. He gave us his email - 6 days ago. We emailed that day 11/8. The day after we emailed I did receive a phone call from Amanda and we spoke. Shortly after I missed her call wanting more information. I couldn't get her back on the phone so I emailed with the information to Steve. No response. I finally get an email from Amanda on 11/13 asking more questions. I responded immediately. Today, 11/14 they tried to call my bf instead of responding to me. So I emailed AGAIN asking them to please call me as I have been in discussion with them already. It's been almost 4 hours and still nothing. Terrible customer service.

  Steve Smith is a great Insurance Agent. Beat my other insurance quotes by $100-$200. Very fast service!

  Zack Cummins is a horrible, non-responsive agent. He became my agent after Clay Ebarb was promoted (Clay was a great agent). I called Zack to cancel my policy since I sold my Ranch on June 15th, asked him confirm and all me back, HE NEVER did so. I called the office and asked what happened, she said she would contact Zack, never happened!! I have my cars, truck, townhouse, guns, liability, etc, etc. policies with them. You would think he cared! NOT do not use Zack!

  Prices are ok. Friendly
