- BCBrittany ClarkAug 21, 20261.0Unfortunately since being with this office for over 8 years now and with family who have also been with them for many many more years, I am forced to start shopping new insurance and a new agent because I guess this place just doesn’t need my business and money anymore? After trying to set up a new policy to add to my account I was met with no reply and then a simple “it appears it was forgotten about” and then a “I can help you personally” and then ignored for over a week again. If you aren’t interested in my money and business, just say so. But the fact that it was justified by Wael as “we dropped the ball” is an insult. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE OFFICE unless you want to be ignored and treated like an inconvenience vs a customer.
