  currently not happy at all, my vehicle has been deemed a total loss since last week, i was told 24-48hours adjuster [who might i add has never spoken to me or answered any calls or emails] should be reaching out to me to tell me my settlement amount, that has not happened, i keep reaching out and even reached out to the supervisor and no one is answering or calling back, this is terrible customer service. i just need to know what im getting, when, and how much to keep my property, i have to renew registration and pay for insurance and i cant do these things without knowing the proper steps!!!! someone needs to do better!!!!
