In my view, FB used "bait and switch" on their homeowners quote after I purchased an auto policy. The premium increased $2000 after the agent visited my property, saying their computer required an "ag" policy. We don't do "ag" nor plan to do so. After learning of the HO quote increase, I asked the agent to cancel my auto policy. I requested verification of the cancelation after several days. In both cases they did not cancel until I followed up by phone for a second time, one day after requested cancel date.

Texas Farm Bureau as a company is great.
But the real benefit is having an agent who elevates the customer service experience to exceptional levels. Todd is my agent. My family and I are very happy with him. It's always a pleasure to talk with him, and he definitely does his best to help me out with whatever concerns I have. I definitely recommend him.
