  I have done business with this place for over 15 years and I called to find out about mortgage insurance through the company the lady called me back with a quote it was too high I had already had lower quotes with other companies I told her if she could bundle my automobile and car insurance with the house maybe it would lower she said she'd get back with me I never heard from her the loan company called me and asked me if I had decided on what insurance company I was using and at that time I had no choice but to go with the lower company that had quoted me and better insurance as well also on my vehicles I think called to cancel my insurance because I had new automobile insurance they told me I had to call Infinity insurance and cancel with them because that's who I was with even though I was dealing with Express long story short it took me almost 7 hours emailing back and forth calling Express calling Infinity to get this canceled I will never use them again what a way to sever ties with a good customer that would have stayed with them if they would have just took care of me so sorry that they've lost my business for life
