  Costs are high and the customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to contact my agent regarding a policy change, I received absolutely no response for over a month. No calls returned, no follow-up, and no communication at all. The lack of responsiveness and customer support was extremely frustrating. I ultimately terminated my policy and moved to another Allstate agent.

  We REALLY like this agency, and appreciate the helpful advice we got from Agent Kalob and Manager Tommy in deciding among the various options on coverage to fit our budget for both auto and homeowner policies. Allstate has a healthy presence in Texas, which was also an important distinction for us, compared to other companies advertising on the internet who don't know anything about our sudden weather events, etc. Kalob genuinely cares about his clients!   I had reached out to multiple insurance agencies and received a text/email from Brian Bradshaw with my quote. He was able to save me about 50% on my home and auto policies. He took the time to review the coverage quoted to make sure I had equivalent if not better than my previous insurance company. I definitely recommend him to anybody shopping around for insurance
