  worst customer service, they also rather pay the double the amount to total a car than to fix it

  The office has no business hours listed on Google or posted outside the building, and agents seem to come and go whenever they want. I tried calling the office multiple times, but the phone was never answered. When I visited in person, no agent was available. The agents work on different schedules, yet the front desk staff did not have access to their schedules or direct phone numbers. Overall, the service was unhelpful and very slow. I would not recommend this agency.

  Called to get a rental insurance quote and lady on the phone said she wouldn't do it because she was about to leave and did not have time. She came back and said no agents were working today so they would not be able to fill it out or help. She told me she would transfer me to a different location and then hung up on me.

  Do not use texas farm Bureau ins they will tell you have coverage but you dont.

  I would avoid this company if you're looking for home or auto insurance. They are dishonest and often do not communicate with clients in a timely manner. It can take several days or even a couple weeks for them to reply to a single message, and their receptionist likes to raise her voice and talk over you rather than actually listen when calling in with a question. I rate them more than one star only because they have one person in this office who is very professional, but he's not the typical one you will deal with. Displeased with the experience overall.
