  I had been with the same agent for over 20 years watching my homeowner's insurance annual premium escalate every year. When I would reach out to him it took too long to get a response, if I even got one. This year I noticed my monthly mortgage payment go up substantially and it was due to my insurance premium. Instead of contacting my agent, I reached out to Andy Hart after receiving his flyer. Alisa Strauss in his office contacted me within minutes and I started working with her. She was so patient with me even when I kept asking her to make multiple changes. We finally decided on the coverage, matching my current policy and she was able to save me over $1,500. I only wish their auto insurance could have matched my current policy so I could have saved even more by bundling. Please don't be lazy like I was...no telling how much money I wasted just letting my policy roll over every year.   My Allstate agent revaluated and lowered my auto and homeowners' insurance premiums to be more in line with and competitive with a Farmers Insurance quote that I recently received. I then continued with Allstate coverage instead of changing my coverage to Farmers Insurance,

  It was time to review prices before my homeowner insurance renewed, and I saw an add from this Allstate agency. I called, and Alissa helped me review my policy. She was able to save me $1000 in 20 minutes. Needless to say, I switched to Allstate. She listened, was polite and efficient, and didn't waste my time with a lot of upselling chatter. I am so glad I called and was so glad she was able to save me money. Everyone knows insurance has gone up a crazy amount in Texas, but shopping around really does help. Thank you Alissa!

  I reached out about getting new car insurance, they helped me with that (while lowering my previous rates), and also found that I had been missing out on home owners insurance discounts. Great experience, would recommend to anyone!
