  Mark is excellent ! Well Mark was 3 agents (now it says Phillip Watkins Mgr) back not only has my rep been changed I can’t get them on the phone numbers, not even reception answers. The Floresville site is very low on Customer Service and help. ⭐️1 star because they are close. I’m trying to get in touch to find out why my house insurance skyrocketed. NOT EVEN ABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE

  Terrible response time. Extra $2000 more with no communication with the auto shop. Can’t do their jobs.
