I couldn’t be more thankful to Lorena at Freeway Insurance for helping me find an incredible monthly rate for both my car insurance and my dad’s. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible service and rates. After struggling for years with other insurance companies that seemed dismissive and didn’t take the time to help, working with Lorena was a completely different experience. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to find the best coverage at the best price. If you’re looking for someone who truly puts customers first, I highly recommend Lorena at Freeway Insurance. She made the entire process easy, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
