  We live in Lantana and the entire subdivision was hit hard by the March 2024 hailstorm. I contacted the Texas Farm Bureau office the day after the hailstorm and Jake Janek(the adjuster who was assigned to our claim)came out a few days later and made a thorough inspection of the roof and other damaged items. Jake was awesome and very detail oriented. Texas Farm Bureau covered the roof, pergola cover, fence, garage doors, metal roof and gutters. The hailstorm occurred on March 14 and we received our first check on March 20. Our final supplement check was received on April 18 . It may seem like a cliche but the service from Texas Farm Bureau was fast and fair. A big shout out also goes to Fritzi Francis for giving us an excellent homeowners insurance policy. Thank you for your great service.
