  I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Hailee Lopez. After being a loyal customer for over two years and never missing a single payment, I expected professionalism, care, and at the very least a conversation before any drastic decisions were made regarding my policy. Instead, I was met with a nonchalant attitude and a shocking lack of concern for me as a long-standing customer. My policy was offered to be canceled far too quickly, without any real effort to understand my situation or provide solutions. There was no empathy, no attempt to retain my business, and no appreciation for my consistent payment history. As someone who values good customer service, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I truly expected more professionalism and consideration, especially after demonstrating reliability and loyalty for over two years. Unfortunately, this interaction made it clear that customer care was not a priority.

  I've had Texas Farm Bureau for over 5 years, I did leave and decide to go back because of a horrific event in my life. I decided to go back and was immediately turned down! I do not recommend going here due to the customer service being unprofessional.

  Tried to put my boyfriend on a policy. Not only did it get denied they dropped my policy. They dont accept people with sr22s or any type of record pretty much. Alot of discrimination. I never spoke to my agent Marie/Maria it was always her assistants who where all different every time I needed to reach anyone. I didnt get the common courtesy of her assistant Jason to call me to tell me I was losing my insurance in 5 days a letter in the mail did it. Bad business overall.
