- AFAsma Fathi2 days ago1.0I got my car insuranced with them a few months ago this part was okay , after I renewed my car called them to ask how much the monthly premium is gonna be to see if i can stay with them or leave to another provider, the liar sales rep answered me that for the same coverage you will be paying only 80$ dollars a month . two months after and just yesterday i was surprised with triple the bill they quoted me for over the phone . since Iam their client already i trusted them , which i shouldn’t have done . As well as their customer service isn’t good , the girl that answered me twice knows nothing about professionalism. Don’t recommend this place , go insure your car with either different office or another provider, run away from this place

She provided different options for minimizing our premiums for both auto and home, so I felt she was providing solutions rather than selling. We ran into an underwriting issue after the house inspection and they were on top of it, fighting for us immediately. This is a terrific agency.
