Whenever I need anything or have concerns… I always get an immediate response. I’ve been using Shanda Martin- State Farm for my car(s) insurance for years and I will continue to do so.

  I would like to express how pleased I am with the service provided by Shanda and her team. From the start of our relationship with a small home policy to eventually bundling our home and auto coverage, the experience has been A-1. Beyond the competitive rates, which were lower than any other provider I found, and I looked at just about all of them, the customer service has been exceptional. When I initially signed up online, I received a personal phone call welcoming me. I even received a card for my birthday! More recently, I needed auto insurance within a day to prevent a lapse in coverage. Alex graciously returned my call late in the afternoon, provided a quote, and even followed up with me after 5 p.m. When we weren't able to finalize everything that evening, Mari followed up with me the very next day to seal the deal. She was full of energy, incredibly courteous, and attentive to everything I needed. That level of personal service is hard to find. I highly recommend Shanda and her team. They are fantastic!

  I called this location and the lovely receptionist transferred me to Mari who helped me find the right car insurance that suited my needs. Mari was very enthusiastic about not only her job but also on getting to know me as a customer. She was very professional, concise about the policy and answered all my questions that I had regarding the car insurance. She delivered very competitive pricing's and was very transparent about the pricing with no hidden fees upon purchase. Regarding with describing each of the policies, she gave in-depth explanation to how it works and how they would deliver their service upon needing to file a claim. I highly recommend Mari to anyone who is seeking for all kinds of insurance :)

  Mari was incredibly patient and helpful as we figured out car insurance while new in Texas. She was thorough in helping us get the best quote and answering any questions we had.
