- ANAnatole Noskov6 days ago1.0I transferred my business insurance to Gibb Agency, and while Kristen Wood was helpful at first, that quickly changed. Communication broke down completely, and I went 4-5 weeks without a reply on active, time-sensitive requests. When I reached out about being left in the dark, rather than trying to make it right, I was simply told I should probably work with a different agency. Brushing off a paying customer with a legitimate service concern tells you everything about how much they value their clients. If you need an agency that will stay engaged when it matters, look elsewhere.

She was extremely patient and helpful and provided the best customer service I've ever had from any company. She was very thorough, and was able to help me get the coverage I was looking for at a price better than I ever expected or even let myself hope for. I'll absolutely be coming back to Gibb the next time I need new insurance for anything, and I cannot recommend the company highly enough.
