  I arrived at this Freeway Insurance location around 6:30 PM, well before the posted closing time of 7:00 PM. When I arrived, the door was already locked and an employee was sitting inside in the dark. I knocked on the door to find out why the location was closed early. Instead of coming to the door to explain the situation or even speaking to me, the employee simply sat there and shook his head “no.” Shortly after I returned to my car, he left the location. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of consideration for customers. I made the trip expecting the business to be open during its posted hours. If this location is not going to serve customers until 7:00 PM, then the hours need to be updated on Google so people do not waste their time driving here. Very disappointing customer service. I wish I had taken a picture, but if I’m able to find the employee’s name, I will update this review.
