  Went in today to renew insurance for my dad and the young woman , Angelica was helpful at first found another plan less expensive. She didn’t explain anything just gave me an amount to pay and some papers to sign. The amount she charged and the receipts she gave me don’t add up to the amount I paid. Which was in cash a large amount . I questioned her several times and she kept giving me duplicate receipts. There was charges for memberships to things like pet health discounts etc. He doesn’t even have pets. Don’t mind the amount of that was what truly the charge was but nothing adds up to the amount that was paid. It’s not hard to show what the customer paid in itemized. I just feel like this matter could’ve been dealt with differently and professionally. Please be careful when paying with cash. Double triple check everything and ask questions.

  Winter Davis provided excellent customer service. Though I started off speaking with someone else, when Winter took over all my issues were solved. She took time out to answer all of my questions and explained things in detail to assure I knew exactly what I would be paying for. I appreciate her patience and understanding. Excellent‼️
