  GEORGIA PEELER AGENCY IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY. Solid crooks. I called to cancel my policies several months ago. After a few months, I realized that they were still auto drafting my premium from my account. I called in April and cancelled again. This time they cancelled the policy but not the membership fees. On May 7th, I received an email that my membership fees would be deducted from my account on May 31st. I immediately called to cancel the membership and was told it was cancelled yet again. Today I woke up to find that the membership fees were deducted again. I called earlier this afternoon and was told that there was nothing I could because they aren’t able to refund my dues. She proceeded to tell me that it was now cancelled. How am I to believe that it’s cancelled when I have already been told this on three previous occasions. I find it hard to believe that all Texas Farm Bureau agencies are handled like this. But there is definitely a problem at this particular agency. Steer away. Can’t be trusted.

  I made a claim damage caused by a vehicle from this insurance company with a police report, and they refused to take responsibility. Contact TXDI and filed a complaint.

  Had them for a few years, every 6 months my policy went up with no explanation except "it went up". Customer service is a joke. Would not refer to my worst enemy.

  I tried for nearly a week to get a quote for home and auto. You aren't able to get a quote online like you can with every other insurance company. I called several times and emailed without any luck. I guess they don't need business.
