  Never received a call back for a quote, and at this point I don’t even care anymore. From the tone of Noe’s voice, it honestly felt like she didn’t want to help me or even give me a quote. She told me I’d receive it by email, but I never got anything. Once I mentioned that I hadn’t had insurance for about a month, she made a few comments and noises that made me feel like it was a bother to help me. What she didn’t know is that I was prepared to pay whatever I needed to get coverage. I ended up going somewhere else, got a quote right away, and purchased my insurance with no issues. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this experience wasn’t a good one.

  Always great customer service. I have been with Texas Farm Bureau for over 10 years, if not more. I have all of our insurance with them.

  Needed to switch account. The agent came to out house comes out of the agent and told us we had the wrong form. Still waiting on the form and had to overdraft due we do not use the account on file. Cannot change it online. I don't understand why I cannot get this form in a timely manner, but to come sell us a better policy they run to make a meeting. Our old agent was amazing. Now our new agent is terrible.

  The main agent and the insurance sales rep are awesome! They both have excellent customer service skills and it was a pleasure to speak with. I'm not sure what the previous comment was talking about... I've not encountered any of those issues.
