  Very satisfied with working with Vincent Mazzola as my Allstate representative made it quick and easy for me, explained it simple and to the point no if then or buts, thank you for helping me get insured to all state for all my vechiles I got an auto and motorcycle plan with great rates. Thanks

  This agency sent me a letter stating that I shouldn’t be paying more than 1682. For home insurance but when I call they gave me a quote for 4200.! It is a total scam letter to get you to call and should be against the law to bait and switch. As you can see their reply states that they don't have loss history, but I have never filed a claim or had a loss so that goes out the window. They know that at the price of my house that there is no way in Arlington Texas could get a rate of 1682.00, impossible! The letter is still a bait and switch, Thanks

  Michelle and her team at Josh Knowles are very professional, kind and helpful! Unlike calling and getting bots answering phones or customer service outsourced out of country at majority of the places these days, they actually are one of the few that answer the phone right away and provide personalized service with care! Not all Allstate agencies are the same as I requested my policies to be moved to Josh Knowles agency, formally known as Jeff Baird agency many years ago and have been very happy with them since! Thank you Michell, Anna, Sandra and Stacie! You ladies keep Josh Knowles agency a top notch insurance agency!!!
